The "Walk with a Doc" events are held at 9 am at a local park in Spokane, so lace up your sneakers and join us for a leisurely stroll filled with friendly conversation and fresh air. It's the perfect opportunity to prioritize your health while connecting with your community.

Whether you're a seasoned walker or just getting started on your fitness journey, this event is for you.

Walk with a Doc has teamed up with Grouper to pay you for participating in our walks. That's right - cold hard cash!

Hundreds of people have received a check in the mail for simply showing up at Walk with a Doc.

Here's how:

Anyone age 65+ with a participating Medicare Advantage and Supplemental Plan is eligible to receive $50 after their first Walk with a Doc event, and $20/quarter as they continue attending walks. This is a FREE program and only takes about 5 minutes to sign up.

If you're not eligible, don't worry! You're still welcome to come out on the walks and reap all the benefits that come along with it. Walk With a Doc is also working on other fun perks for you in the coming year, so register to stay tuned.
