Medications

Medications will be offered at discounted rates.

The following are examples of prices of common medications that will be offered at Lilac Direct Primary Care:

Atorvastatin 40 mg, 90 tabs: $3.60

Losartan 100 mg, 90 tabs: $8.10

Fluoxetine 20 mg, 90 caps: $2.70

Estradiol 1 mg, 90 tabs: $8.10

Metformin XR 500 mg, 90 tabs: $3.60

Omeprazole 20 mg, 90 caps: $1.80

Opioids and other controlled substances will NOT be dispensed at Lilac Direct Primary Care.

Labs

Labs will be offered at discounted rates.

The following are examples of prices of common labs that will be offered at Lilac Direct Primary Care.

CBC (complete blood count): $3.47

CMP (complete metabolic panel): $3.70

TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone): $4.99

Lipid panel: $4.36

Vitamin D: $14.53

Vitamin B12: $5.25

Hemoglobin A1c: $6.11

The Direct Primary Care model brings back the simple and direct relationship between the primary care doctor and the patient.

The traditional model of primary care medicine involves billing insurance companies to abide by insurance regulations. As a result, decisions are made that are not necessarily in the patient’s best interest.

This means we do not accept or bill any insurance. Instead, patients pay Lilac DPC a monthly membership fee.

Membership includes extended time for office visits, discounted prices for lab and medication, and direct communication with Dr. Rietze.

Membership Services

Pay It Forward

Please consider making a donation to our “Pay It Forward” fund for medical care to assist patients in need, to assist with cost of membership and other fees including pathology, procedure supplies, medications, labs and imaging.

This contribution is not tax deductible, as Lilac DPC is not a non profit organization. The funds will be kept in a second business bank account, in order to ensure that it is kept separate from clinic revenue.

There will be full transparency in regard to this fund, with regular updates in the monthly newsletter on how much is contained in the fund and how much is spent.
